With almost 30 years of teaching excellence at the highest level, Scott Flavin is passionately committed to helping build the next generation of influential musicians. A member of the artist faculty at the prestigious Frost School of Music, Professor Flavin's students have gone on to successful performing and teaching careers, with alumni spanning the globe, holding positions in major orchestras, chamber ensembles, and university teaching positions. He regularly gives lessons and masterclasses internationally on violin, conducting, peak performance, and period performance, including workshops in North Macedonia, Spain, France, and in the United States at Eastern Music Festival, the Pine Mountain Music Festival, and at schools and universities throughout the country.
